Will do, I seem to have the same problem you do with baked goods, they just have been disastrous for me the last few years, but these actually look halfway decent to try! Though the biggest problem for me is that I currently live in a place where the air is really thin, so it messes with baked recipes...

But I will still try, I think I've learned how to adapt to the High Altitude... and if you don't mind terribly I will add your blog to mine...
